Yoga Classes
Yin- Nidra 🌶: Gentle, restorative postures held for 2-5 minutes. This class is all about flexibility working the connective tissues and the fascia. This class ends with a guided nidra meditation taking the body to its theta state where it accesses its natural healing abilities. Expect to feel grounded, renewed and awakened. Practiced at around 90-95 degrees.
Vinyasa 🌶🌶🌶: Dynamic sequencing, transitions, and a flow of breath paired to movement. Each instructor using their own creative freedom for a beautiful flow. Practiced at 95-105 degrees.
Ashtanga Vinyasa🌶🌶🌶🌶: Blood and organ cleansing practice. Beginning with sun salutes and moving into postures held for 3-5 breaths. Suitable for all skill levels. Powerful practice engaging the same postures every class, encouraging proper alignment, mind-body connection and heightened awareness through breath.
26-Pose 🌶🌶🌶🌶: Creative Hatha style sequencing adjusted to fit within a 75-min format. Practiced at 100-105 degrees.
Mat Pilates🌶🌶🌶: Working deep core and full body for leaning out and toning the muscles. You’ll use bands, balls and weights to get the job done! Accessible for all levels. If you’re looking for pilates abs, this one’s for you🙌🏼
Each teacher will bring their own unique style and combine it with our studio format for each class.
Dance Auditions
Teen boys hiphop (14+): 12:30-1 pm
Beginning (ages 6-9): 1-2 pm
Advanced (14+): 2-3 pm
Intermediate (ages: 10-13): 3-4 pm
